Bu yazılım, Erimworks ile sözleşmesi olan kliniklerin yetkilendirdiği personel içindir. Hesaplar kliniğe aittir; kliniğin bir çalışanı ayrıldığında hesabının kapatılması kliniğin sorumluluğundadır.

Bu bir tıbbi cihaz değildir

Yazılım bir operasyon aracıdır: mesajları, vakaları, uçuşları, transferleri ve ödemeleri takip eder. Teşhis koymaz, tedavi önermez ve klinik karar desteği sunmaz. Her tıbbi karar, o kararı veren hekime aittir.

Hasta verisi

Hasta verisinin sorumlusu kliniktir. Erimworks veriyi klinik adına işler ve kliniğin talimatı dışında kullanmaz. Ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası.

Erişilebilirlik ve kesinti

Yazılım "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesinti, veri kaybı ya da üçüncü taraf hizmetlerindeki (barındırma, mesajlaşma sağlayıcıları) aksaklıklar için Erimworks'ün sorumluluğu, sözleşmede tanımlanan sınırlarla kısıtlıdır.

Abonelik

Bu uygulamada uygulama içi satın alma veya otomatik yenilenen abonelik bulunmamaktadır. Yazılım kliniklere sözleşmeyle satılır; mağaza üzerinden bir ücretlendirme yapılmaz. Bu durum değişirse koşullar ve fiyatlandırma satın alma akışının içinde gösterilecektir.

Who may use it. Staff authorised by a clinic under contract with Erimworks. Accounts belong to the clinic; closing an account when somebody leaves is the clinic's responsibility.

This is not a medical device. It is an operations tool: it tracks messages, cases, flights, transfers and payments. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment and offers no clinical decision support. Every medical decision belongs to the clinician who makes it.

Patient data. The clinic is the controller. Erimworks processes it on the clinic's behalf and for no other purpose — see the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions. This application contains no in-app purchases and no auto-renewing subscription. The software is sold to clinics by contract, not through the store. If that ever changes, the terms and the price will be shown inside the purchase flow itself.

The software is provided "as is". Liability for downtime, data loss or failures in third-party services is limited as set out in the contract.
